How can I make a reservation? A. You can make a reservation on Airbnb by clicking the button above, or you can contact us via WhatsApp or by phone at the phone numbers listed on this page.

What payment options are available? A. Through Airbnb, payment is made by bank card. When you make a reservation directly with us, you can pay by bank transfer, debit card, credit card, bank deposit, or deposit at an OXXO store.

What services are included in the rate? A. Use of the cabin and related areas, hot water, towels, body and hand shampoo, drinking water, toilet paper, gas for the stove, bed linen, use of the pool with water, parking in related areas of the cabin, and a bouncy house.

What services are not included in the rate? Loads of firewood, charcoal, matches, alcohol, coffee beans, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, oil, sugar, salt, dish sponge, and general supplies.

Do you have availability for groups of more than 13 people? A. Although the bed capacity is 13, the couches can be used as beds for extra people, allowing for an additional 3 to 5 people, and allowing for 2 or 3 tents.

Are there restaurants nearby? There is a nearby trout restaurant less than 5 minutes away. Outside of that option, the closest restaurants are in Zacatlan, 10 minutes away.

Are there stores nearby? There is a store on the ranch; however, guests are encouraged to make purchases before arriving at the property.

What are the cancellation policies? Guests may change the date as long as it is made at least 15 days before their reservation.

Are pets allowed in the cabins? Yes, pets are allowed, under the responsibility and supervision of the guests. Considering that the ranch has three guard dogs that were adopted by the ranch. Although they are not aggressive, it is important to consider them.

What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM.

Is there public transportation from Zacatlán to the cabins and from the cabins to Zacatlán? Yes, there are taxis or vans at certain times.

Can I go directly to Roberta's Chalett to ask for information? It wouldn't make sense to go directly to the property because we don't have administrative staff or representatives who can greet you or show you around. Therefore, our only way to make a reservation is through Airbnb or directly by phone or WhatsApp. We also don't recommend this because it's just a cabin, and it's very likely that when you arrive, if you want to reserve the dates, they will already be full.

How long does it take from Robertas Chalett to downtown Zacatlán? Approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
