The place is very pleasant, surrounded by nature, just steps from the river. Roberto is an excellent host, as is his staff; they make you feel very comfortable. The place is quiet, perfect for a trip with your partner or family, even for pets. It's very close to the main attractions of this incredible magical town.

Personally, Zacatlán is one of my family's and my favorite destinations. The cabin is beautiful and cozy, impeccable, and located in a quiet area, filled with nature everywhere. The nearby spring is a unique experience that I definitely recommend. The facilities are impeccable and pleasant. It's a place that delivers on its promises and leaves you with the satisfaction of returning. I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Roberto and his family, always friendly, accessible, and answering questions whenever necessary. Personally, the experience with my pet was not unpleasant at all. If you are always looking after it, you shouldn't have any problems with the dogs who guard the place. They are friendly and affectionate, and they leave you feeling safe at all times if someone outside the property approaches. It's a very beautiful place that I definitely recommend for relaxing and spending a few magical days with family or friends.
